I've had many issues with this dealership in the past while leasing my car and many in the sales and service departments treated me like a "dumb female". They FINALLY hired someone with customer service skills who is attentive and knows how to communicate and her name is SOAMY MORALES! She was incredible and washed out the bad taste this dealership has given me in the past. While I will never go back to the sales department, I think I will only ever deal with Soamy going forward. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car. She gets 5 stars but deserves waaaay more. More

Gene Desroches was very helpful and attentive. . going above and beyond! He even tried to fix my issue himself.. when that didn't work he made sure it got done correctly!! You do need to make sure you know your numbers when you sign the deal, but this was a better experience for me than Bernardi or Metrowest. The entire team at Imperial Toyota including Bob and Emad worked efficiently to ensure a smooth transaction and stayed back even after their closing hours to help me finish the process.
