I brought my 2015 4 Runner in for a much needed check-up. This was my first time using Imperial Toyota and the experience was fantastic. I dropped it off the night before and even though he had to next day off, he stayed in contact with me and even gave me his cell number so I could stay in direct contact with him. I've had many issues with this dealership in the past while leasing my car and many in the sales and service departments treated me like a "dumb female". My registration was messed up and never fixed my this dealership. However it is close to where I live so I come here for service. They FINALLY hired someone with customer service skills who is attentive and knows how to communicate and her name is SOAMY MORALES! She was incredible and washed out the bad taste this dealership has given me in the past. While I will never go back to the sales department, I think I will only ever deal with Soamy going forward. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car. She gets 5 stars but deserves waaaay more. More

Gene Desroches was very helpful and attentive. . going above and beyond! He even tried to fix my issue himself.. when that didn't work he made sure it got done correctly!!
