In and out without costing me anything I got an appointment that was in the evening, but on the same day I called. That was unexpected. Taking a later appt. He did a little bit of other service for me but didn't charge me because it took so long to get my car completed. I didn't expect that, but it showed me that he respected me as a person and my time and I really appreciated that.
