I just purchased my new 2012 Lexus RX350 from Rick Kizner, Sales Consultant. This is the second Lexus I purchased from Rick, and the 6th Lexus I've purchased from IRA Lexus. Any questions I asked were answered promptly and directly, not with the mushy, not so honest answers I had received at other dealerships. I am particular about what I want and they made sure I was happy at every turn. My car was pristine when I picked it up and Victor sat in the car with me and explained every button and lever and how to use them! I drove away very comfortable and content having spent my money there. I will buy my next Lexus there and have recommended them to my friends and family.
