I was in for a routine tire rotation and oil change. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00 am . Two hours and twenty four minutes later it was done. How long does it take to do an oil change? Scheduled for oil change, Nate advised me that several other items needed to be done that was past my mileage. He checked twice and was sure. I can always depend on the Toyota mechanics to do excellent work. However sometimes when it is very busy as it was yesterday, my vehicle was not done, but I had to leave for work. Without missing a step Nate had a very nice loaner car waiting for me. The girls in this office were knowledgable, efficient snd soo nice to speak with!
