Luckily my cousin and I decided to shop around IRWIN MAZDA, they already have great reviews online so we never hesitated trying. As soon as we walked in the dealership, JON FIELDS welcomed us genuinely and treated us as a family and not just mere customers. He is very accommodating, professional, and honest which indeed made us trust him. He made us comfortable and he created a stress-free buying experience. He's definitely on top of his game and will never let you down. He is also very consistent, enthusiastic, and reliable. Moreover, the experience as a whole is AMAZING. Mazda was the 5th dealership we went to, we went to Mercedes-Benz, Nissan across the street, Kia, and went through a few used car dealerships too. She gave us a very friendly greeting, and paged Michael Minneci to help us. Mike was very friendly and it was very easy to have an intelligent conversation with him about the brand (and the industry as a whole). I could tell immediately that he loves his job, is enthusiastic about the Mazda brand, and is proud to be a part of it. Our initial visit was late at night (on a Thursday), creeping up on closing time, so we did not take a test drive. However, we were shown a couple of cars and took an interest in one in particular. We returned the following Saturday at a pre-determined time, to find Mike waiting for us at the front door License plates in hand, and ready to go. When the time came to talk numbers, he put in all the effort possible to get us into a car we liked and wanted at the right price. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever made. This is my 1st Mazda, and I doubt it will be my last, we couldn't be happier with the car and are very impressed with the dealership. More

Chuck was also a pleasure and was very knowledgeable about all of my financing questions. They made a process I had quite frankly been dreading a lot of fun.
