Krystal Bergman was fantastic with her knowledge of their vehicle stock and was extremely helpful and courteous with my shopping experience. As a result, I left there with a new vehicle, and very satisfied from start to finish. Having been involved with sales in the past, one important aspect of a business is the rapport with the customer and follow up. Krystal did it all. My Afternoon @ Island Kia I stopped in today on my way home from work, and was greeted by a gentleman named Jim Lopez. I told him that I would be turning in my 2nd Soul (for a I stopped in today on my way home from work, and was greeted by a gentleman named Jim Lopez. I told him that I would be turning in my 2nd Soul (for a potential 3rd) if the price was in my comfort zone. He worked with his sales managers pretty closely, and was able to hammer out a deal.
