Friendly and efficient staff I recently heard a noise coming from my Mazda 3 Grand Touring which I wanted to have checked. I didn't have an appointment scheduled but I stopped in I recently heard a noise coming from my Mazda 3 Grand Touring which I wanted to have checked. I didn't have an appointment scheduled but I stopped in the Service Department anyway since I was so close by. I was greeted by the Service Manager, Besa G., and she took the time out of her busy day (it was a Saturday) to listen to my problem. She kindly told me that I didn't even need to bother calling for an appointment. She said for me to take the car in any time I wanted on Monday, and simply mention her name, and they would be happy to have someone take a ride with me, listen for the noise, and make any repairs (if needed). True to her word, I showed up first thing Monday morning, was again greeted by her, and I didn't even have to remind her who I was, because she remembered me. She had one of the Technicians ride along with me to listen for the problem, and everything was resolved to my liking in a very short amount of waiting time. They even gave the car a free wash before I drove it away. Nice touch! Should you need any service done on your car, I highly recommend the folks at Island Toyota/Mazda. I have had interactions with both Besa and a gentleman by the name of Florian Ndoci, and they are both courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. More

After the sale, the salesman educated us on how to work the vehicle Bluetooth and he continues to be on call to answer any more of our car questions. I would recommend anyone from NJ (and NY) to buy a car here since they have streamlined the paperwork process. More

Then after stalling and pretending the car we were buying was being cleaned, we found out multiple things in the car were broken. We had already paid and signed so we took the car.
