In Feb 2020 my F150 had a maintenance problem from serving the transmission in Nov 2019. Luke Miles went out of his way to insure this was corrected and repaired in expedited time period. Luke called and gave me updates as the repair was bring performed. This service rep to me is the best I've seen in my 40 years of owning various Ford's and dealing with other service departmens. Service Department experience- Evan John Christoffels I was driving from South Florida to North Carolina when I made the foolish mistake of pumping 11 gallons of gasoline into my 2019 Ford F-250 6.7L dies I was driving from South Florida to North Carolina when I made the foolish mistake of pumping 11 gallons of gasoline into my 2019 Ford F-250 6.7L diesel. Lucky for me I realized what I had done right before I started the motor so I knew there wouldn’t be serious damage, however I needed to solve my problem of getting back on the road as soon as possible to get to my North Carolina beach house vacation. That is where service advisor Evan John Christoffels and J.C. Lewis Ford dealership comes into play. I called several local Ford dealerships near where I was located in southeast South Carolina, and they all said they would be unable to touch the vehicle for at least 2 days due to their service departments being heavily backed up. That just didn’t work for me so I called another dealership a little further from where I was and explained my situation over the phone, and they said to tow it into them and they would do the absolute best they can but they can’t make any promises. That dealership was J.C Lewis Ford, and that was music to my ears because it at least meant that there would be a chance at getting back on the road that night. I arrived to the dealership with my vehicle on a flat bed tow truck at about 4:15pm, knowing that the service department closes at 6pm. I walked in and was greeted by Evan John Christoffels whom to my surprise greeted me with the utmost welcoming, professionalism and kindness that I have ever seen out of a service advisor in my entire life; and I have owned 6 different make of vehicles in just the last 3 years. After I had explained my situation to Evan, he told me that they were very busy but that he would do his best and try to get 3 mechanics on the job and get it done by closing that day, or even stay after closing to finish the job; just so that I wouldn’t have to go and stay in a hotel and add to my expenses. Evan impressed me more than anything that day when the truck was all ready to go and fueled up by 6pm sharp. When I was on the phone with other dealerships they had said the job would normally take about 6-7 hours with one technician to properly drop the fuel tank, completely drain it dry and clean it out with diesel fuel as well as doing the same process to the fuel lines and pump, and then perform a road test. They also topped off my DEF fluid which was running slightly low. I was back on the road within one hour and 45 minutes after the flat bed had dropped my vehicle off; and keep in mind I had no appointment. I actually paid substantially less for the job then I had figured it would be in my head as well, which was quite the delightful surprise! Evan John Christoffels helped me out so much and I can’t thank him enough, he is a true asset to the J.C. Lewis Ford dealership and must be recognized. Thank you Evan, and thank you J.C. Lewis Ford! Does not value the customer I took my vehicle here to get it checked when my check engine light came on. I dropped off my vehicle and it sat for an entire business day and no one I took my vehicle here to get it checked when my check engine light came on. I dropped off my vehicle and it sat for an entire business day and no one serviced my car. I was not contacted by the service department to be told I’d have to leave my vehicle there over night. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to answer right before they closed. The next day it was looked at and I was called and told that they didn’t have the part in and to come pick up my vehicle. I was inconvenienced for two days without a car to pick it up and it still not be fixed. Every person I had contact with at this dealership was rude. The service department manger himself called me to defend his employees as to why they didn’t contact me in a timely manner and never apologized for the rude treatment I received while there. They do not value their customers. More

I noticed a small dent in the roof and several scratches I had missed when I purchased the car. Now I realize it was a used car and you’ve got to be reasonable, but I wanted it to look like new so I called and asked Virgil if he could give me an estimate on what it would cost to get those fixed. Not only did they give me a loaner to drive, but they fixed the dent and buffed out the scratches at no charge! I might be wrong, but I don’t think there are too many dealerships in Savannah that would go to that extent to make a customer happy after having purchased a used car. I am well pleased and love the car. Thanks again Virgil! More

Went to JC Lewis Ford at 3:30 pm & Thomas Noel wrote up a service ticket & told us it may be at least an hour before a diagnosis could be made. The truck was repaired & we were back on the road by 5:00 pm. We cannot say enough good things about Thomas & JC Lewis Ford. If in Savannah make them your go-to Ford dealer. More

Avoid this Service Center- Horrible Do not visit this service center under any circumstances. We were ripped off, lied to, and then ignored for our concerns. Cory Sparks is a con-artist. He lied about the work on our vehicle and did close to $2000 work without permission or authorization and then lied and said that he had explained the work that "needed" to be done. They lied about how much the work would cost. We left multiple messages with managers for a week and no one called back. This place is shady, unprofessional, with horrible service. We thought we would try despite bad reviews and seriously regret bringing our vehicle here. General Manager Mike Offer ignored all of our calls and voicemails for over a week. Worst service center/dealership ever. I would drive hours to avoid this place. More
