I spoke with Sebastian from Jack Phelan on the phone that evening, and purchased exactly what I wanted over the phone the very next day. I picked the van up the following day, and everything was exactly as Sebastian and I agreed upon. There was no up selling, no hidden costs, the whole process was speedy and efficient...it really was a great experience. And I love the van.
