Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I brought a few concerns to the service rep about my vehicle (possible oil leak). They kept me updated throughout the process. It was discovered that my hunch was true about an oil leak. Everything was explained about the next steps, parts were ordered, and will have to bring the car in when parts are received. Service rep said they will secure a loaner for me since it will take several days to repair. The staff is always pleasant at this location. More

I have over twenty years of dealing with various Departments . They treat you like family and the staff acknowledges you when they see you in the Dealership. The porter at this dealership are great employees if you are picking up a new vehicle or from the Service Department they do a great job at having vehicle cleaned. The services Department is great from Scott who schedule your appointment, to Jason, Adam and the entire team treats the customers with the best customer skills trying to established a long-term customer relationships I have never had to bring back any of my vehicles because the mechanics show they care about repairing or correct an issue with a vehicle assigned to them.. The owner of this Dealership has done a great job instilling in its employees great customer services Skills. More

The fact that I was on my way to my grandmother's funeral did not seem to put any rush on the order and as of 24 hours later, they still have my car. Terrible customer service!
