they were absolutely great someone from sales and service got reight back to me per my request. I was not sure if i was gonna get my vehicle fixed or trade it in as it turns out i got it fixed kept it and b got reight back to me per my request. My Daughter brought her car in on Dec 15th. She was taken advantage of by the service department. When she wanted to call her dad to ask what he thought, they pressured her to make a decision i She was taken advantage of by the service department. When she wanted to call her dad to ask what he thought, they pressured her to make a decision immediately, then offered to take money off if she did. Which they never did. They never even checked to see if the car was under warranty. Her bill was over $600. My husband called that day and left a message for Rick Hiller about the situation. Rick did not call my husband back for several days. After talking, the conversation ended with Rick saying he would check into the warranty and if it was covered he would make adjustments and if it wasn't he would take some money off for the service that day. According to him he didn't want to lose a customer. Well, we never heard back. Sent an e-mail to Tom Phelan and never heard back. I called twice and no response back. There was also another issue with her extended warranty and nobody knows anything. With a family full of jeeps and dodge we know where we will NOT be going again. More
