For many years I’ve thought the service was excellent. Recently, since the COVID shutdown, I haven’t felt the service was what Greg would like . Eddie didn’t do my last sale .I guess I misunderstood; I thought I was buying a 2022 S 580 & it was a 2021 . I wasn’t pleased with it . The last sale was handeled by someone else. The transaction was handeled pretty well . the after sale was very bad, I felt . For mayb 1000 miles it cost me 33,000$ . To get closer to what I wanted ; It took 3 calls , then a call to the sales manager to get the new car cleaned . More
