This dealership was just conveniently located, I needed a new car but was not even sure what exactly I needed. Jamie was the first person we ran into and did an outstanding job in helping me understand what new car but was not even sure what exactly I needed. Jamie was the first person we ran into and did an outstanding job in helping me understand what was available, how different options were or were not aligned with my needs, was very courteous and attentive. During the test drive she blew us away - she knew so many things about the car and could show so many features - we were really impressed. She then remained available via cell phone and texts during the weekend - never being pushy (no annoying follow up texts) but always there to answer questions and provide information. She did great all the way though the choice of the vehicle, discussion around price and financing options (never shy to go and seek information from finance and other staff if she was not sure what the specific answer was - lots of humility in openly saying - this is not my field but I will go and get the right person….sadly not always seen in sales people). She also kept supporting me in the after sales process. Could not have asked for more. Also lots of fun to work with! The rest of Jackie Cooper personnel was also amazing! More
