At 77. Owning and running a business for 30 of those years. I've purchased at least twenty different cars and trucks. So, I generally do not like the car buying experience. Velvet Garcia was wonderful, honest, and knowledgeable. She was patient, answered all questions, didn't apply any pressure, and was extremely customer service-oriented. She had to order the Rogue my wife and I wanted. So call she called numerous times to keep us updated on the cars sales progress.
