I had a good experience in dealing with Chris Martin, Sales Professional. He showed an interest in my selection of a used vehicle. Chris worked with me to secure the items I asked to be done to the vehic Sales Professional. He showed an interest in my selection of a used vehicle. Chris worked with me to secure the items I asked to be done to the vehicle. Chris handled me in a manor that would make Jackie Cooper proud. The Person finalizing (signature unreadable) the deal would not title the vehicle as I wanted. His lack of experience had him title the car his way. 1) I had to bring the papers from the Tag Office to have Jackie Cooper notarize the papers in order to title the vehicle the way I desired it to be Titled. 2) Also the vehicle had a low tire indicator light on when I received the vehicle. This was not on when I test drove the vehicle. Jackie Cooper had damaged it when the tires were installed - after I test drove the vehicle. 3) The body work I had asked Jackie Cooper was to perform was done in a non-professional manner. I have purchased other vehicles from other dealers in your immediate area who showed more interest in satisfying the customer, especially in Titling the vehicle as I desired. You asked, and I responded to your request. Maybe all this was because I purchased a Used Vehicle, not a new one. This does not mean I will not return to Jackie Cooper should you have a vehicle I want, but I will be more guarded when dealing with Jackie Cooper. I'd recommend Zach Monks, excellent salesperson. Prompt and responsive. That said, dealing with the rest of this dealership is SLOW and FRUSTRATING.
