Absolutley fantastic EVERY TIME! This was my first brand new car to purchase and like anything new in life, it tends to be scary. Every single employee at this dealership and service center has made me actually fee welcomed and like family. I look forward to my trips to the service center every 6 months or so to get my free oil change, tire rotation, car wash, and vacuum. When I bring my car in they are always so helpful and smiley. I go inside and usually grab a free snack or coffee and sit at the window watching them work on my car, while I typically am working on schoolwork (I am currently in my last year of college), or I could sit and get a back massage in their massage chair. I am a mother of three, so this is like a mini vacation for me! haha. I have told everyone that I know to go to Jackie Cooper. They are absolutely the very best in town! More
