Took car (a Lexus) to the Lexus dealership to have it further examined by a Lexus service tech. Went to great lengths to make certain I understood what was not perfect about the car. This was a great experience! I would be happy to work with Joe again and would encourage anyone to ask for Joe Simmons if you are working with this dealership. Also, I waited until I received my final paperwork (title) before writing this review so I could make sure everything went correctly. What they said could take 3 weeks only took one! More
