Jacob Tenney I was VERY impressed with Jacob. He was relatively new to the car sales business when I purchased my car, but I found him to be very competent and ver I was VERY impressed with Jacob. He was relatively new to the car sales business when I purchased my car, but I found him to be very competent and very willing to do any research necessary to answer my many questions. I made many visits to the dealership and had many text messages and phone conversations with Jacob. He was polite, friendly, followed up in a timely, etc. And best of all, I could tell he was genuine, honest and authentic, which was very comforting me me as I was about to spend $40K on a car. I always look for Jacob when I am at the dealership for my regular oil changes and enjoying getting caught up on what is going on with him and his wife. I recommend him very highly. More

Nothing Less Than Outstanding!! First, let's start by saying that I was recommended to Pierce Woolery and his team at Jackie Cooper Nissan by a professional friend. That's a BIG deal First, let's start by saying that I was recommended to Pierce Woolery and his team at Jackie Cooper Nissan by a professional friend. That's a BIG deal in its self. Referrals and recommendations are not easy to get these days... except when your customer service is top notch. When I met with Pierce, he introduced me to Jaccob Tenney, as he would be my main point of contact. Jacob and Pierce were friendly, down to earth, personable, professional and made me feel very comfortable to work with them. They took all the guess work out of the process and allowed me to focus on the important things. They listened to what I wanted and could afford, and didn't try to "pressure sale" me. They gave me options and streamlined the process from start to finish. As a matter of fact, they even had the paperwork done and printer out for my signature prior to my arrival (per my request), which means I didn't have to wait hours to finalize everything and could get back to my schedule sooner. Even Jacob's follow up after the sale has been on point and appreciated. You know that fine line of not too much, not too little..? Yeah, they they hit the cruise control on that line...
