Prodigal customer comes home! My husband and I have been Jackie Cooper customers for many years. However one day I decided to visit "another" dealership just to see what they were like to deal with and look over their inventory. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! I did find a car I liked, even after the sales guy kept trying to sell me a Chevy when I specifically told him I wanted a Nissan. I told him I did NOT want a tan interior, which he kept showing Chevy cars with tan interiors. Then when going over the inspection that was supposedly done before coming out on the lot, I found several issues that supposedly were checked and passed on the inspection. I bought the car in Mid July specifically because I was going on vacation with my kids..I drove it home but just felt things weren't right. I took it back and insisted that these things that weren't right be fixed. I picked it up a few days later and the brakes went out while I was driving it! Luckily I was close to home and managed to get it back to my house. It was over a month before I actually got to take it home because of all the "issues" I had with things that were wrong with the car. Sunroof was messed up, front tires were below safe limit, driver's power seat didn't work, then the brakes and some other small things. But when you pay $22,000 for a car it should work in my opinion. We could not get phone calls returned, actually had to go to the dealer several times and confront the people to get answers. It was an awful experience!!! So in the last 3 weeks my husband and I have bought 2 cars from Jackie Cooper. This makes 7 we have bought from them! Our sales rep Nihad Sansoul was amazing! He listened to what we wanted, didn't want, made suggestions and was so polite and very knowledgeable. He has called and text several times since our purchases to check on how we liked our cars, to see if we had any questions, and to thank us again for buying from Jackie Cooper. Never again will we go anywhere else. We learned our lesson! These people are incredible at getting you financed, getting your car ready for you to take home, and very good at responding to your calls. More
