Joel was very personable and sincere, he instructed me to be patient and he would come up with something I would like, this was hard because I was without a car but I trusted him. When a trade came in that fit my needs he immediately contacted me and the deal was done. I absolutely love my car and it was not initially what I was after, but I am so happy that I got it. I get so many compliments and the best part is I love driving it. I didn't think I would find anything that would be close to my Pathfinder. I even tried to go away from a Nissan but circled back and realized that nothing compares to driving a Nissan for me. I had absolute trust in Joel and this was my first major purchase as a divorced woman which is scary. Joel kept everything in my price range and made sure that I had no worries. The most comforting thing for me is knowing that I have a mechanically sound vehicle that was Certified Pre Owned, which is reliable to run my kids all over the region for sports. I also have piece of mind with the maintenance package and extra warranty that if something were to happen on the road I am taken care of. This was an extremely pleasant experience for me and I know from this adventure that I am a Nissan person and will start with Joel on my next purchase. More
