I was greeted right away when I arrived to drop my car off and all went well until I came back to pick up my car. There was a young man at the desk who said 'excuse me' then walked away and never came bac off and all went well until I came back to pick up my car. There was a young man at the desk who said 'excuse me' then walked away and never came back. There was another young man in the office next to the desk who was eating his lunch and not paying attention. Other employees walked by and no one said a word as I just stood there for a long time. It was very frustrating as I would have been ok if someone had just greeted me. Finally someone came over (he appeared to be a manager but I don't know) and got someone to assist. I was very disappointed and feel that the younger employees should be better trained. I may go elsewhere for future work on my car. More
