A12 Maintenance I received 3 different time estimates on how long it would take to do the maintenance (either 45 min or 1.5 hours or 2.5 hours) and my car ended up be I received 3 different time estimates on how long it would take to do the maintenance (either 45 min or 1.5 hours or 2.5 hours) and my car ended up being at the dealership for over 4 hours. I wasn’t given a clear time on when it would be done and I was still waiting at the dealership even after I came back after 4 hours. I was a bit annoyed by this because I thought that an oil change and tire rotation would not take very long, so I could drop my car off and pick it up in the time that they gave. I understand that it was a busy day but I came in the morning so I thought that it would be done sooner, but my car must have been disregarded for the first 2 hours or something. More
