I live 15 minutes away and I asked for a shuttle ride once, but they only provided a ride to my home. I had to book an Uber to get back to the dealership. Very incompetent and poor customer service. The only saving grace was my most recent service advisor - Yvonne Russel. She was quick and thorough, despite balancing a number of walk-ins around lunch time. Five stars to her, the rest need to pay better attention. More
My recent experience at Jackson Acura was subpar. My advisor was Cody and I was charged for tire rotation and shouldn't have been when I expressed i purchased my tires from Jackson Acura. It took them like 8 minutes the first time to come out and ask what I wanted. I said I need a bulb for break light. It took the 2nd person about 8 minutes to come out and ask what I needed. I waited and waited until I had to take a seat because it was taking so long for a basic part. Only for the guy to come out with the wrong price and accused me of telling him the wrong year vehicle. I replied, you heard what you wanted to hear. It was not a good experience. On top of that, I had to waste time and gas driving back to Alpharetta the next day to be refunded my overcharge on the tires. Worst experience with Jackson Acura. Then I texted and emailed the service manager Rodney and got response. I usually have a great experience 😌 the 8 years of giving them my business. I'm now rethinking spending money. I've had one other horrible experience a few years ago. You wanted my review and keep bothering me, for it..Here you go! More

There are really no other options in Roswell for Acura but JA isn't nearly as good as they were the last time I had an Acura (5+ years about).
