My daughter took her car in because she had an appointment for the Thursday only wheel repair. We were under the assumption she was gonna get a chip in her windshield and two small dents popped ou appointment for the Thursday only wheel repair. We were under the assumption she was gonna get a chip in her windshield and two small dents popped out the same day, but we were informed once we got there that it was not for everything but only for wheel repair and that it was a different person that does dense and Windshield. Communication was very bad about that and now it is going to be months before she can go back. More

We recently had our annual oil change and additional services including brake fluid and transmission routine maintenance service as we were approaching 30,000 miles. Upon arrival at the dealership, Nick was excellent in explaining every item and he provided a printed cost estimate for the work to be performed. This is our third Accura over the years, and in our experience with reliability and service has been excellent. In the past 4 years, our current service center for our RDX has been Jackson Acura and we have been very happy with them and particularly with Nick's excellent service. More
