Excellent experience! My Service Advisor, Aaron Montell, was the best I have ever experienced at your dealership. He was easy to talk to about the problem and kept me well My Service Advisor, Aaron Montell, was the best I have ever experienced at your dealership. He was easy to talk to about the problem and kept me well informed throughout the repair process. When the repair was completed, he came to me in the customer service waiting room, and we went into his cubicle. All the paperwork was complete; he took the time to explain the problem. He even gave me a complimentary car wash. Jackson Acura is really the only decent dealership in the Atlanta Metro, and Aaron Montell is one of the main reasons why.
