Jackson Acura - Service Center

My 97 yellow NSX broke down at 12:30 on a Monday. with the help of AAA and the Jacksons service manager it was at Jackson within four and a half hour the problem isolated and I had an estimate. While I appreciate you finding a nail in one tire shoulder, I noticed driving home that all 4 tires had a different pressure (37, 38, 39 and 41). Seems the tire tech should have evened the pressures out. While I'm grateful for the car wash, the back end was totally untouched and I had to wash it when I got home. Also, the maintenance reminder wasn't reset. The process of getting a service was fine, but the devil in in the details and you missed that mark. Also, while I appreciate it was a warm afternoon and I'm assuming that you wanted to set my A/C low enough to quickly cool the car, I don't appreciate having the settings changed from where I had them. This was my first service since moving to the area and I'm hoping that this lack of attention to detail will not repeat itself. And...while it may be a corporate driven thing, I do not like being "nudged" into 5 star ratings. I'll give what I give and I don't like being told that "it makes a big difference..." If the service doesn't result in a good rating, I'm not going to alter my response. More
