Good service during trying times Was told I had to bring the car in for a test drive with a service mgr. but when I arrived for my appointment I was told they changed their mind and d Was told I had to bring the car in for a test drive with a service mgr. but when I arrived for my appointment I was told they changed their mind and didn't need a test drive after driving 30 min. to the dealership for a test drive. The service mgr. called my wife and I a Lyft ride but it did not arrive at the dealership to pick us up for 46 min. The car was delivered to us after the repair, which was very nice but, the next day when we drove our RDX, the brakes made the same loud grinding noise as before. A wrecker was sent that right away, very nice, and within a few hours they called and said they realized that the back brakes had to be replaced also after they replaced the front brakes the day before. They then delivered our RDX to our house that same day which was great. Because of the CCP Virus lockdown, we just drove the car for the first time sense the last repair and now its like new again. It drives great and we appreciate the inside vacuuming and the car wash. These are trying times, but Jackson Acura stayed the front and rear brake problem and got our RDX repaired ASAP. Five stars for Jackson Acura. Three stars for lyft. More

Also, under current circumstances (COVID-19) other Acura dealers are offering special discounts to First responders and Healthcare professional for their amazing duties - nothing like that offered from this dealership.
