l love Jackson Acura! They recently found some problems on routine oil change that needed to be repaired and were going to be expensive. When I arrived at the service location, I was immediately warmly greeted by Jim before I could even get o The sunroof stopped working on my 2019 RDX. When I arrived at the service location, I was immediately warmly greeted by Jim before I could even get out of the car. He was professional, kind, and assured me my vehicle would be taken care of. Incidentally, the parts needed to fix my car were on backorder. It took a few weeks to get the parts in. Jim daily called the Acura warehouse to get an update on the parts and I would receive weekly updates as well. Did it suck that it took so long for them to get the needed parts to fix my car? Yes. Was it Jackson Acura's fault? No, Jim went over and above to make sure that the parts were delivered ASAP - even put my vehicle on a priority list. Jim made lemonade from lemons. My car was even clean at pick up. Overall, it was a great experience and I would have my car serviced there again. More
