Jimbol was extremely attentive and customer oriented!! Jimbol inherited our car’s saga from a transmission replacement and 3 subsequent, related trips back to the dealership. This was the first time Jim Jimbol inherited our car’s saga from a transmission replacement and 3 subsequent, related trips back to the dealership. This was the first time Jimbol took care of us. He did everything he could to get our car repaired in a timely manner. He also got information needed to help us understand how the latest ‘fix’ will hopefully be our last related to this chapter of repairs. Thanks Jimbol for all you did!! More

I was told that the dealership was minority owned and that you guys hire a lot of minorities to work the floor not just in the back. So, I decided to get my oil and transmission fluid changed while there for a recall. Jim my service liaison was extremely helpful and didn’t push anything that was it needed immediately, as I do t need my rear brakes done till the next oil change which I will do there as Jimbol’s knowledge and honesty was really nice as the last place I had my oil changed was trying to get me to replace front and rear brakes. Jimbol is an excellent employee who helped me with a tech issue with my radio as well. More

Slow service I came in for an oil change and 4 new tires. Again, it was not a pleasant experience. When I made the appointment a week ahead of time, Jackson Acura I came in for an oil change and 4 new tires. Again, it was not a pleasant experience. When I made the appointment a week ahead of time, Jackson Acura was supposed to get back to me with a tire quote. A week went by and I did not hear from them. I arrived at 7:20 am for a 7:30 am appointment and it took until 8:00 am before I met with my service advisor. I did not leave the dealer until 10:20 am. It should not take 3.5 hours for an oil change and 4 new tires when you are the first appointment of the day. Also, we have had a very odd experience the last 2 times that we have taken our car in for service. Both times all the quarters were removed from the coin tray. Not sure why they keep taking our quarters but we will make sure the car is cleaned out if I end up taking the car there again. More
