Speedy Saturday Service Jackson Acura’s service department has Saturday hours starting at 7:30 am. I needed an oil and filter change and tire rotation, and arriving at 7:20 a Jackson Acura’s service department has Saturday hours starting at 7:30 am. I needed an oil and filter change and tire rotation, and arriving at 7:20 am ensured me the second spot in line (there were 5 cars when the doors opened at 7:30). My service advisor, Jim, was friendly and helpful and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Even more impressive was the fact that service advisor Brittany remembered my first name although I had only visited on a couple of prior occasions and had not been there in months! Highly recommend.
