I was a bit upset when I first arrived and was told there was not a loner vehicle available despite asking for Overall it was a very good experience. I was a bit upset when I first arrived and was told there was not a loner vehicle available despite asking for one ahead of time. Fortunately, one was found. However, giving someone a loner with very little fuel, necessitating me having to stop on my way in to work for fuel in the pouring rain, was not okay. The work done on my vehicle was very good, although a bit pricy on some items, but I’m guessing all dealerships are higher than going to a regular automotive shop. More

I had a miserable experience with my Acura service—Yvonne was not helpful. She was not polite. She did not attempt to resolve my concern but merely quoted the Acura service manual.
