Fixed the recall but.. I appreciate The service I received on my 2015 Acura recall and the shuttle arranged for me. What I didn’t appreciate was the sales quote to the tune I appreciate The service I received on my 2015 Acura recall and the shuttle arranged for me. What I didn’t appreciate was the sales quote to the tune of $4128 when there’s been no issue with my vehicle. I keep my vehicle maintained and to get a quote in excess of $4000 is excessive to me. The recommendations made it seem like they were an emergency to get done and i’ve experienced no issues with my car since I left. This leads me to believe that the service advisor jumped the gun for repairs to make a quick buck off of me. It’s surprising when I am accustomed to keeping my car serviced. It will definitely make me reconsider bring my car back More
