Great Service as Always! I came in for an oil change when they were getting ready to close, which I know can be frustrating for them. Solved the Problem Came in with my 2016 TLX shaking on braking. On the phone they thought it might be a brake pad issue. Upon inspection they determined that it was due to uneven rotors. They fixed them- under warranty. No cost and completed quickly! More

Everything worked great until the end Had routine service along with the recall to investigate high oil consumption. Booking the service online was fast and easy. Check in was fast and communication was good throughout the process letting me know status, price of repairs, ETA, etc. Declined to pay $155 for them to change the air cleaner element and dust/pollen filter (paid about $35 for replacement filters online). Unfortunately, after leaving the lot and driving for a few miles, I heard a loud rattling noise. Brought the car back in and very quickly a mechanic pulled out a tool that was stuck somewhere in/around the wheel well. I'm sure all the work that was done is fine but the forgotten tool makes me wonder if anything else was forgotten. More
