At this point, 3 stars and falling I was happy at first with the quick response and attentiveness of the service writer. It started going downhill when I was scheduled to pick up my car I was happy at first with the quick response and attentiveness of the service writer. It started going downhill when I was scheduled to pick up my car, and the problem was not fixed. I immediately went back and the tech came out with a suggestion, which I did that night. Didn't work. I emailed the service writer the next day, along with pictures of the issue. No response. Now, the work they did has caused other electronic issues with my car. I emailed the service writer again. Still no response. It's been a week and a half since my first email. I'm going back in this week to give them another opportunity to fix the problem and correct their work, but if I don't get results this time, I would definitely not recommend them to anyone for service. More

Service Recall I received a very timely notice about the recall on my call and was able to schedule it very quickly. I was told it would take an hour and forty five I received a very timely notice about the recall on my call and was able to schedule it very quickly. I was told it would take an hour and forty five minutes, but it only took an hour. When I got into my car when it was ready I had a notice that the battery was low on my keyless remote. My service technician personally walked me to the parts department and let them know I needed a new battery. Ten minutes later I was on my way. Overall this was a very efficient service call. Oh, and my car was washed and vacuumed. This is a great dealership. More

I took my car back to Jackson I purchased tires from Jackson Acura two months ago and unfortunately I blew a tire after hitting debris on the highway. I took my car back to Jackson to have the tire replaced because I had grown to appreciate the service Brittany provided. Unbeknownst to me, I had a two year warranty on the tires and I merely paid for mount and balance and the tire was covered by warranty. Once again, Brittany kept informed and provided exceptional care. More
