I always enjoy learning better ways to care for my MDX, so I really appreciated the explanations and suggestions I recieved from my service associate. That information means a lot to me! I also enjoyed a nice cup of coffee, and even a piece of lasagna that was offered by my service associate, that was an extra treat that I realize is not always going to be there, but thanks for the generosity!
