Very rude and unprofessional service agent I stopped going to this dealership to service my car for almost more than a year now. But when I called in to schedule a oil change service, the lady I stopped going to this dealership to service my car for almost more than a year now. But when I called in to schedule a oil change service, the lady on the phone said they would be glad to accept any competitors coupon. I went there with a competitors coupon for oil change and the service agent saw the coupon and said she would honor the competitors coupon in addition to donthe oil change, I ended up doing transmission service, changed a brand new battery, and real oil service expending almost $600 dollars. But at the end of service the lady went to my wife who was there waiting for the car and said “we can’t accept this STUPID coupon, because I this is for a regular oil change, and I didn’t know your car takes synthetic oil”. When my wife told he to speak to me, I told her that she can’t changw her mind after the fact her the job wa done and her lack of knowledge that my year make and model needs synthetic oil! She then became very angry and said to me on the phone “if you can’t afford a simple oil change you don’t need to come here” she repeatedly kept saying “if you can’t afford a simple oil change, don’t come here”. It was very rude and unprofessional to treat a customer. I was in fact considering trading my 2012 RDX and get a new MDX and I would probably bought it from Jackson Acura. Now let alone buying from your dealership, I and considering never to buy an Acura again. I will also write this incident to the Acura corporate headquarters in North America, and Acura global headquarter in japan. It was bey dusrespectful and insulting to keep repeating “stupid coupon” and “stupid costume bought stupid coupon” on my wife’s face. Also, try to teach me what I can afford and what I can’t. In addition I told her that there was 1 tail light and the rear window breaklight out. She charged me for the lights but fixed only one tail light. More

New service manager-whew. I have been going to Jackson for a while because they are more thorough and practical than nalley. However, my most recent experience was not great due to dealing with a new service manager more focused on getting my money and sipping ice tea. I felt like he could give two cents about my car. Thankfully, that’s not the Jackson acura norm at all. After a mild complaint, the more tenured staff offered to train him. Let’s just say he didn’t even go over the inspection, which is normally the standard at any acura service center. He just handed it to me and proceeded to ask for my payment. Nevermind they flagged me for brakes which he didnt even mention or quote. Still love Jackson. :) I’m sure they’ll train him up! More

Had to pick up my daughter from school while they worked on the car and they gave me a loaner without any hassle. Even got to drive a brand new RDX. Sweet ride loaded with all kinds of tech goodies. Not know if that was intentional as a sales tactic but I’ll be looking at these as a result when our MDX is ready to retire. Nice Job! More
