Great experience with this dealership. I had a bad experience at a different Atlanta dealership where they put me off and wouldn’t return my calls. Jackson was the com with this dealership. I had a bad experience at a different Atlanta dealership where they put me off and wouldn’t return my calls. Jackson was the complete opposite. They were professional and fixed my issue with the car. They did a great job and I will be returning to them for future work. More
Excellent Service Everytime I arrived at 730AM black Friday for routine service. Nick Covino was waiting for me at the curb and had me checked in and with my coffee in less than I arrived at 730AM black Friday for routine service. Nick Covino was waiting for me at the curb and had me checked in and with my coffee in less than 10 minutes. Nick estimated that the service would take just over an hour and about 9:45 my car was back having been serviced....and washed. The key to this excellent service at Jackson is the Consistency.! I hope to trade for a new MDX soon. More

The car was repaired by mid-morning the next day, so I Ubered over to retrieve. So far, so good! My Service Rep, Cody, was tied up with another customer, so I waited outside his glass office. I texted him that I was there to pick up my car. I doubt that he saw my text before he was picked up for lunch and was gone. I approached the receptionist, who was very helpful and tried to find someone else to assist me. She found a young lady 2 offices down who was very pleasant and gave me my paperwork. She left to get the car. Not sure what happened then, but it was probably another 6-8 minutes of nothing. The helpful receptionist saw me standing there and was apologetic as she tried again to help me . It was then that two reps in the adjacent office jumped in at the receptionist’s request. Pretty soon, they, too, disappeared. But they came back soon, with Cody, the 2 doors down rep, and the guy who retrieves the cars. After probably 30 minutes I finally got wheels again. Good service, poor execution. More
