Incredible customer service Brittiany is the most wonderful person to work with. She is honest, knowledgable, and incredibly kind. She has caused our family to fall in love with Jackson Acura. Recently, when we brought our car in for service, she remembered that we were looking for a car for our daughter. I spoke to her about it briefly, and told her our "ideal" car and how we had been looking for four months. While I was waiting for my car to finish being serviced, she came back within 15 minutes with a PERFECT CAR for our daughter! She was so sweet, and literally found us the perfect match. We are still blown away! She even had the car detailed to look brand new with a big red bow on top. Brittiany goes the extra mile, and goes out of her way to make you feel like you are a valuable customer.
