Very fun, nice, and kind family dealership. After test driving the vehicle, I let him know about 2 things I noticed that was wrong with the vehicle. He immediately said "no problem, we can get that fixed driving the vehicle, I let him know about 2 things I noticed that was wrong with the vehicle. He immediately said "no problem, we can get that fixed for you." They had the parts ordered and we scheduled a time to bring the vehicle back in during the financing. Brought the vehicle back at scheduled date and time and both items were fixed and good to go. More

Jackson Auto went above and beyond to get me a car. My family has been in a rough spot for a while now and my credit hasn't been too good. When I first came in it didn't seem like things were going to w family has been in a rough spot for a while now and my credit hasn't been too good. When I first came in it didn't seem like things were going to work out but then Jr at the dealership said he'd try and figure out something on my way out. The next day he called and had a lender for me and everything set up to get my car. I'm glad I chose this place as my first spot for car hunting. My grandpa many many years ago had a similar experience with jackson auto and still talks about it. It's why I decided to go to them. More

We stopped by this location a couple times over a few months as we searched for my sons first car - we had a tall order in terms of car requirements and they were super helpful and patient with us. Jackson Auto is great! I’ve been there twice looking for vehicles for my daughter. Each time I went they didn’t have what we were looking for but they took my info & found exactly what we wanted in the pric vehicles for my daughter.
