I called Jackson auto about a jeep I saw on the web page I talked with Gary,he was busy when I got there but was still ready for my Q&A. after a long day of looking for the best deal I called Gary and boug I talked with Gary,he was busy when I got there but was still ready for my Q&A. after a long day of looking for the best deal I called Gary and bought the jeep.. got it home and got a flat tire.. now I know there was no warranty after we drove away but I text Gary. He and Jackson Auto went above and beyond by calling a tow truck for me and paying for it...plus when I decided to buy new tires they chipped in a small amount which they didn't have to do. .. we are very happy with our car and the service from Gary and Jackson Auto...…. I like how they all work together. They don’t compete for each sale. If you start with one salesman & they aren’t there when you go back you get another salesman that’s just as equally as nice & willing to g each sale. My husband purchased a car here a few years ago prior to me knowing him so when we were ready for a new car he instantly wanted to check here first. Honestly this was probably one of my best and easiest car me knowing him so when we were ready for a new car he instantly wanted to check here first.
