Not at all reliable Scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle, Showed up am hour early, and they told me that it was being shown to a walk in customer. I waited over a half hour and finally got to see the vehicle when I said I would give them cash now. They turned the other buyer down. Test drove it and asked about transmission hesitation, I also point blank asked them about any issues with the car they said there was none that they knew of other than the engine light being on and said it was a evap code. Gave me $185 off the price, got home determined there was not an evap code but a mass air flow sensor and a major gas tank leak after you fill over 3/4 of a tank. I feel they were not honest from the get go. More

Highly Recommend! I had a great experience at Jackson Auto last week. Earlier that same day, I had a negative experience at another dealership. I had told them my budge I had a great experience at Jackson Auto last week. Earlier that same day, I had a negative experience at another dealership. I had told them my budget and they ended up coming back to me with an offer that was more than $100 per month over my budget. When I told them that I wasn't able to afford that, they got upset and told me I wouldn't be approved for a lower payment anywhere due to my credit score. I left and immediately went to Jackson Auto. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and figured out all of the loan information while I took it out for a test drive. By the time I got back (about 15 minutes later), Gary already had it all figured out. He told me that I was approved for a loan with this interest rate, with this warranty and with this monthly payment. He even got my other car loan paid off!!! Additionally, they took my trade in vehicle and gave me much more than I expected to get for it. Gary was very friendly and made both my fiance and I feel very welcome! I didn't feel like he used any typical "salesperson tactics" in order to sell the vehicle and we really appreciated it! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and next time I need a vehicle, I'm going straight to Jackson Auto and not even wasting my time with other dealerships! More
