I had a very good experience at Jackson and Gary was awesome I started off doing there pre-application online on a Friday, forgot that I did it and Gary called me Friday evening and left a voicemail I worked lat I started off doing there pre-application online on a Friday, forgot that I did it and Gary called me Friday evening and left a voicemail I worked late so I did not get a chance to listen to it until Saturday morning. I heard some stuff but not all so decided to call him back and see what he could help with. Mind you he did not know that I was without a car( my truck stop driving and as of that day without my truck for a week now). I call him back and he asked if I had my check stubs and if I could send them to him and I said yes I had them on my phone. He asked me what I could put down and I told him and he asked what was I looking for. I said I would like a small SUV but I could do a car if I had to, he said okay I will call you back. He called back in about 1 1/2 hours later to tell me I was approved for a 2018 HYUNDAI ELANTRA , I told him here I come. When me and my daughters got there I test drove the car around the neighborhood and it drove really nice, once returning to the dealership Gary had already stated on my paperwork. While waiting my daughter saw a car that she will be going back to get in 3 weeks. So if you asked me would I recommend Jackson Auto to anyone I would say yes ans ask for GARY...................................
