Our best car buying experience to date We knew we wanted to purchase a new Rav4 and solicited offers through the internet sales department from ten dealerships around the Boston area. We h We knew we wanted to purchase a new Rav4 and solicited offers through the internet sales department from ten dealerships around the Boston area. We had done a lot of research and knew an appropriate price point for the trim we wanted. Jaffarian Toyota was easily the most up front with us while several other dealers gave vague references to providing lower pricing that never materialized in writing. We decided to purchase from their dealership in Haverhill, MA even though there were several closer Toyota dealers in our area. Katie and Kristin were very helpful during the initial pricing process, and Chris was excellent when it came to the test drives and buying discussions. Can't say signing the paperwork for a new car is ever fun, but Chris was very good with taking us through the numbers. There were no inserted fees, all concerns were quickly addressed, and we were not hounded for dealer financing (we had ours pre-approved at a very competitive rate). Best of all, they were very flexible on how the down payment was made, which allowed us to minimize our trips to the dealer and the time we had to spend waiting for the vehicle (very appreciated considering we were coming from a fair distance). Have not had the opportunity yet to assess the service department since the car is only two months old, but this was clearly the smoothest of our seven new car buying experiences. More
