This was a very good experience for me and a blessing also. I was very happy with how everyone worked together in helping me get this car I wanted financed in my name. And when it came through I admit also. I was very happy with how everyone worked together in helping me get this car I wanted financed in my name. And when it came through I admit I did yell out a "hallelujah"! The only thing that bothered me is this Massachusetts law that does not allow for 10 day plates like other places do to give buyers the time to register the car and so on, but other than that I got it registered and became a very HAPPY WOMAN today. It was such a wonderful feeling driving home this afternoon. And I have to say how impressed I was when I asked for prayers for my Mom who is going to be having a brain tumor removed at Mass General in 2 days. The offers of prayers really touched my heart and they even said that I was family to them and were happy to put out prayer requests for my Mom. I have faith and gratitude for these Gentlemen that were supportive to me thru the process of getting me into this car. I am a bit proud of myself for having the financing in my name alone without co signers. This is a big deal for me. I love the car. And I will gladly share with anyone who asks me about it, where it came from and I will gladly tell them of the great personal service I received. Sarkis really made me feel special and I did not know I could get that feeling at a car dealership. Thank you so much to all of you there at Jaffarian. Your kindness and teamwork really impressed me. The only unpleasant thing is the normally hard sell after agreeing on buying a new car, you get the tough pitches to buy coatings, car locators , extended warranties, GAP insuranceu, etc. Nickel Dimeing the customer. If you really want to develope a life time custome, then make a list of these and offer them at COST and without a hard pitch. You have a future long term advertisement source in that buyer, not the time to leave with a frustrating experience going out the door.
