He seemed to know every detail about it and kindly walked us through using the navigation system and other features with which we'd had no experience. My husband and I had been to other dealerships in MA and NH and Jaffarian was far superior in customer service and price. The finance manager, Sarkas, sat down with us and went over all the expenses such as sales tax, etc. So we left the dealership knowing the exact dollar amount. Once I picked up the car. Jeremy went over all the features in the car, and both he and Sarkas said if we had any questions just call or come down and they would take care of us. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and to my friends. More
I just stopped in to take a used Tacoma for a test drive. I met Jim Carven and told him I only had an hour (the Patriots were on) and I wasn't sure I would be buying anything. The test drive was great and the condition of the vehicle was excellent. We made a low offer, he spoke to a manager and made a counter offer which was reasonable. Jim then gave me a great trade in value on my 1995 GMC with 242K miles on it. I still wasn't ready so they came down another $500.00. I thought it was a good deal but wanted to sleep on it. Jim then went to talk to the manager again and came back with an interest rate of 2.9%. A monthly payment under $300.00 clinched the deal. The next day I called my insurance company and picked up the new truck with all the papar work completed on time. Two days later I came back again for the registration, plates and inspection sticker. This was by far the easiest new car I have ever bought and will recommend Jim and Jaffarian highly. More

I was at Jaffarian Volvo for scheduled maintenance on my Volvo S80. I went to the leasing manager to discuss my lease and was told I could trade in the Volvo. He introduced me to Mike Kemp who took me out Volvo S80. I went to the leasing manager to discuss my lease and was told I could trade in the Volvo. He introduced me to Mike Kemp who took me out to test drive a Camry and a RAV4. I loved my Volvo but I was looking to reduce my payments. I fell in love with the RAV4 even though I had to give up some nice features in the Volvo but was able to reduce my payment by $100 a month and I have a brand new car. Mike Kemp is an excellent sales person. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He's very friendly and considerate and goes the extra mile in customer service. More
