Jaffarian Toyota

In August, I was back and forth to Jaffarian service department to have my 2002 TOYOTA RAV4 catalyst convertor fixed. My RAV4 had 217,000 miles on it. So I while I was there, I figured I would walk around the dealership. Carl T. Ries, salesperson, came up to me with a warming smile on his face. We discuss the possibility of replacing my RAV4. I told him that I could not afford a new car. I told him to contact me when something comes up that is in my price range. On August 13, Carl told me to come in for a test drive on the Nissan Rouge that I eventually purchase. I just want to say that he was very informative and listen to my needs. He did not push me into purchasing a new car knowing that I am a single mom and can't afford a new car. On August 24, I went into pickup my car. Carl had my car clean, wash and ready for me. It also so happen that August 24 was my three year anniversay of my kidney transplant. I am very please with Carl's professionalism and work ethic.
