It was time to get refitted for a car. First of all I hate buying a car. It always seems to be more of a hassle than it's worth, at least to me. However the car that we were driving no lon First of all I hate buying a car. It always seems to be more of a hassle than it's worth, at least to me. However the car that we were driving no longer allowed us easy access and exit, because of knee replacement surgery. We needed to get a small S.U.V. We liked the looks of the RAV4. Test drove it and liked it. Now the hassle of buying the car. For the first time in my car buying life ( at least 10 cars or trucks) I got a salesperson who made the task of buying a car hassle free. Maggie Paulino made the task a pleasant one. She and the sales manager Tony Bruno made me and my wife feel welcome, at ease, and they would do what it takes to put us in the car we wanted. I would not hesitate to go back there in the future. The only bad experience I had was the finance aspect of the process. Get into the finance office and have to be told I need to buy additional protection on the warranty. Toyota should work on not having to do this and make it part of the total package. Did I buy it ? Yes , but now I wish I didn't. The finance people were pleasant, but it sure did put the task back into the process. More
Excellent Service Department I visited the service department for the 30K service on my 2014 RAV4 XLE. The service adviser was knowledgeable and explained what was recommended. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and was out of the dealership in about 1 1/2 hours. During my wait I enjoyed a fresh cup "free" coffee, read 2 magazines and watched the news in the waiting area lounge. FYI: I purchased my RAV4 in Minnesota and when I moved back to Massachusetts my family and friends recommended Jaffarian for service - I am glad that I listened to them More
Purchased used 2016 Toyota, very happy Customer, Recommend ! I purchased a 2016 Toyota from Jafarian. I had a few issues during the transaction. Tim, Sales Manager, Ron Rosario my salesman, and especially Tony B I purchased a 2016 Toyota from Jafarian. I had a few issues during the transaction. Tim, Sales Manager, Ron Rosario my salesman, and especially Tony Bruno, GM went way out of their way to make sure the transaction got completed correctly and I was a happy customer. In the end, I got a GREAT SUV, an extremely fair deal, and walked away a happy customer. My wife LOVES her new Toyota. I would recommend Jafarian Toyota/Volvo to anyone looking for a vehicle. Our salesman Tom Rosenthal was terrific in presenting us with as much information as possible to help us without pressuring us to make a sale. He went that extra step to follow up and obtain the vehicle type we wanted so we could try before the buy. Seeing the vehicle and getting to test drive cinched the deal, we bought same day. Everyone we encountered from the pleasant greeting at the door to the finalization of the sale were terrific team members. We got a good deal at a fair price and will probably return for another vehicle purchase when needed. More

Terrific Sales and Service! We are long-time Jaffarian customers. My husband and I recently took our Camry and Highlander for their scheduled maintenance and once again were not We are long-time Jaffarian customers. My husband and I recently took our Camry and Highlander for their scheduled maintenance and once again were not disappointed. We were greeted by Amy and she explained exactly what needed to be done. Since our vehicles are beyond the free maintenance, we expected to pay more but Amy explained some of the maintenance was not necessary during this visit but would be after our next 5K miles. It is nice to know that we don't have to worry that unnecessary work being done to increase our bill. Amy was new to us, but treated us like long-time friends. Thanks for hiring not only knowledgeable but personable service people. More
