mislead by the salesperson I arrived on a Sunday with my wife to purchase a vehicle that I was told by my salesperson was available and that was "on one of our properties" we ag I arrived on a Sunday with my wife to purchase a vehicle that I was told by my salesperson was available and that was "on one of our properties" we agreed on a price and was promised that it would be delivered on the following Wednesday. With that promise, I agreed to sign a purchase and sales agreement and allow the dealership to charge my American Express $2,500. that promise proved to be false, they DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE IN THE STATE OF MASSACHUSSETS!! After multiple calls and the runaround I realized they could not produce the car or the VIN number so I could not secure my loan and insurance binder. I reached out to the sales manager and continued to get the same runaround. On Friday I cancelled the P&S agreement and I am still trying to get my $2,500 back!!! This is a slick outfit that I would not recommend to anyone. More

Above and beyond I received a letter to renew my lease early, I was very happy with my sales person. I was not impressed with the sales manager assigned to me. . I came back the next day to start the paperwork but not pick up the car until the following day. I felt very rushed to leave with the car that evening which would have been ok if my sales person hadn't been so busy. I ended up waiting for 3 hours A wonderful manager came out to apologize profusely for the uncleanliness of the vehicle and asked me to come back the following night so he could make things right. The finance manager was excellent. More
