When asked if is there one available I was told yes. When the sales manager found out he told me it was all of a sudden sold. He told me it was either the original highlander (which does not work for my family) or he can give me my money back. So they would rather lie to my face, lose a sale and loyal customer then to sell me a different configuration. I am a Haverhill resident and my family bought many cars from Jaffarian and now my business will be taken elsewhere. You can definitely tell Gary is not involved in the day to day operation like he used to be. More

Due to my schedule, pandemic, and knowing exactly what I wanted, I wanted to buy my vehicle without having to go to the dealership which Nunzio and R Due to my schedule, pandemic, and knowing exactly what I wanted, I wanted to buy my vehicle without having to go to the dealership which Nunzio and Ronnie understood - dealerships closer to me didn’t have salespeople that would help me place an order for my car unless I physically presented myself to their place of business, some suggested I come in with my husband or father! Nunzio initially was the person with whom I spoke and connected me with Ronnie. Ronnie is amazing! Ronnie also was very thorough in explaining how placing an order would work, did not tell me all the other dealerships were charging extra fees which was something I heard from the majority of other dealerships that everyone else was charging more and adding more fees. None of the dealerships I contacted were charging those so-called extra fees; but most of them used that tactic to try to pressure me into going with their dealership. I was able to order my car by making one phone call and a small amount of email correspondence! I was kept updated as to where my car was, i.e. order received, shipping, unloading at the dock, etc. Ronnie even gave me contact information for insurance since I hadn’t yet decided on an insurance company! I thank Nunzio, Ronnie, and Jaffarian Auto for an easy and pleasant experience. Jaffarian is quite far from where I live but the small amount of extra distance I had to travel to sign papers and pick up my vehicle was worth having a good experience with great people; thank you!
