Before going to Jaffarian, I spent about a week shopping for cars at another place, and when I went to Jaffarian, I couldn't believe how much better the people, vehicles, and service were. It was like night and day, and I regret not going to Jaffarian first, it would have saved me a lot of time and stress. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a car, it's simply the best option. More
Everyone has a bad day I'm not sure where to begin. My experience with the service department is usually great at Jafarian but yesterday was an interesting experience. It se I'm not sure where to begin. My experience with the service department is usually great at Jafarian but yesterday was an interesting experience. It seemed very obvious that the associate behind the counter was overwhelmed and stressed. In general, they seemed understaffed. I have even encountered this associate before on previous visits and yesterday was just not his day. When I arrived I was "greeted" by an older gentleman who's greeting abilities were rather rough around the edges. I couldn't tell at first if he was an employee or just came in off the street and was not comfortable giving him my keys. (He did later apologize for his rough approach and seemed nice enough.) I had originally my appointment was for my 90,000 mile check-up. The "Overwhelmed/Stressed Associate" behind the counter made sure I was aware that it's a big appointment, that can take 5 hours and the cost is usually around $500. I appreciated the heads up but was confused because I took it appon myself to call ahead two days before to better understand what went into this appointment. Over the phone, I was told by a Toyota Service employee that is would take around 2-2 1/2 hours and the cost would range from $250-$450 depending the service level, if any parts were in need of repair or replacing. I wasn't upset about the conflicting stories I received, just confused and told "Overwhelmed/Stressed Associate" that I was told something different over the phone. He brushed it off and said that I need to make sure I speak to the correct department when I call. Does that mean when I call and ask for "Toyota Service" that I'm doing it wrong?? I didn't understand that explanation. This whole interaction took way longer than it should because the poor associate was trying to answer the phones, answer the mechanics' constant questions, find a customer whose car horn was going off in the garage because they couldn't disingage the car's breathelizer. It was chaotic to say the least and I felt bad for "Overwhelmed/Stressed Associate". In the end, I wound up just getting an oil change as I wasn't prepared to be without my car for 5 hours. (I was offered a free rental, however.) my oil change took an acceptable amount of time and the rest of my experience was business as usual. I'm chalking this up to just a bad day and plan on returning. I do hope however, that when I return there will be more staff behind the counter. More

They have almost 4 times as many reviews as other dealers in the area. Based on my experience, I find it very hard to believe they are from actual customers and I call BS. I should have listened to everyone else and never even bothered going here. From the "copy and paste" emails for the sales team, to a very unfriendly encounter with Gavin Jaffarian, I would never, ever considered coming back here. I would literally pay thousands of more to purchase an identical car from another dealer, just to avoid giving this place my hard-earned money. Seriously, you'll feel like you need to take a shower when you leave. More

I was waiting around for quite a while and if that car were available to view, they might have made another sale. I've been buying cars for over 20 years. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had. Not only is Chris very friendly, informative and upfront. He knows everything about the vehicles he sells and wants to put you in the right fit. It was a pleasure working with Chris. And then with Jared, their finance guy. The whole experience was low stress, low pressure and I know I got the best deal. I'll definitely be back!! More
