Another great service experience David was great at explaining the issue that was identified when I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. He is an exceptional service manager. He has gone up and beyond any expectations I had in working with me and resolving my car issues and providing the best service I could expect. He has tact in dealing with customers and is cool and calm under pressure. He was able to communicate the issues and come up with creative ways to resolve issues in repairing the car.
